Posters
Posters can inform a large number of potential conferees about your conference, congress or symposium. Design and print of your posters is another of Converias services we are happy to offer.
Conference folders
If you plan on handing out several sheets of information to the conferees, conference folders are the right choice. Of course, you will get the folders designed in your conference identity.
Nametags
The creation of nametags for all conference participants is possible straight out of Converia. This way they can be handed out during the on-site registration process at the conference counter, but also any time later whenever you need them. They are printed by a nametag printer. The nametags are made in your conference design.
List of conferees
Converia enables you to print out lists of all conferees straight from the software backend.
CD-ROM or DVD
In addition to an abstract volume, containing all conference papers, you can compile all documents on DVD or CD-ROM. Both labeled with your conference logo.
Abstract Volume
After the conference is finished all submitted papers can be compiled in an abstract volume. During the submission period the papers are submitted according to pre-definded formats so the abstract volume can be produced easily and without too much editing work. Of course, the conference organizer can determine what kind of papers the abstract volume shall contain (i.e. only accepted papers, all papers, etc.)
Merchandising
Converia offers a broad range of merchandising products: from a ballpoint pen in your conference design to USB-Sticks, clothing or conference bags to backpacks. Please ask us for more information.

Converia offers to programm and design your personal conference website. Since it is based on our very own content management system, you will be able to administer the website yourself - without any programming knowledge necessary. The website will be designed in your conference design but we are also happy to create a completey new layout / corporate design for you if that is needed.
