The Paper Submission is designed for authors who have to submit their paper (long version) or abstract (short version) due to a Call for Papers issued by the conference organizers:

• Submission of papers as abstracts and manuscripts via Internet
• Active support of submission process due to simple interfaces and an interactive status bar
• User authentication via login before submission starts (in case user does not have an account yet, a new one will be created first)
• Flexible configuration of allowed data formats (for both abstracts and manuscripts)
  • File (document) upload or text input
  • Configure allowed filesize and format
  • Start-/enddate
  • Input of title and corresponding topic
  • Configuration of mail template
• Input of authors and co-authors with alphabetical sorting of authors and plausibility check if author has already been entered into the database in order to avoid redundancies
• Input of new papers via admin panel
• List/edit all submitted papers
• After deadline of paper submission has been reached an automated email will be sent to contact author, co-authors and administrator
• Automated assignement of submission number for easy identification of each submitted paper
• Integrated version-tracking of all submissions
