Reviewing according to individual criteria

The paper reviewing allows the interactive reviewing of all submitted documents by the designated reviewers and the program committee according to a set of standards predefined by the organizers:

• Interactiv reviewing process
• Choose reviewers from the person database
• Assign a max. number of reviewers per paper and a max. number of papers per reviewer
• Automated or manual assignement of papers to reviewers according to self-defined rules
• Evaluation of the reviewing process with lists and detail views
• List of all submitted papers (read-only)
• Display and evaluation of papers assigned to the reviewers by the program commitee via Internet
• Display of papers in the admin panel including
  • Reviewing status
  • Person currently working on paper (author/reviewer/programm committee)
• User interface for paper reviewing according to defined criteria
• Enter reviewing criteria in accordance to the following aspects/qualities
  • Status
  • Kind of criteria
  • Emphasis
• Display of all paper information including possibility to download the paper
• Acception/rejection of papers by program commitee as final authority
• Automated information of authors about acception or rejection of their papers by email
