Converia Basic offers a selection of efficient tools for easy administration and central access to all conference details:
Person- and resources database:- List- and detail view of all persons associated with the conference (conferees, speakers, organizers, etc.)
- Create and edit person data (name, address, CV, hourly wage, etc...)
- Extensive search and filter functions as well as reporting and statistic tools
- Create and edit descriptions, inventory numbers, hourly wage (persons/resources)
- Role-based user administration: speakers, conferees, program committee, organization committee, system administrators
Administration of buildings and rooms:
- Create buidlings
- Assign rooms to buildings incl. room description, capacity, seating, seating plan (i.e. at conference dinner), technical details
Conference details:
- Configuration of basic conference details: conference title, date(s), cancellation fee, deadlines, contact person(s), price limits
- Compact display of booking sums and already billed/payed sums
- Export function of all available lists to Excel
- Support of different currencies and languages such as english, french, spanish
- Centralized administration and control of all conference data
- Personal area for all conferees for administration and handling of data and conference-related actions (i.e. upload a paper, etc.)
Seating order module:
- Automated assignement of event participants to available tables
- Automated »fill-up« of tables in case some people remain without a seat after manual assignement (i.e. at conference dinner, etc…)
- Assignement of seating capacities to each table

User-centered frontend:
- Conference Control Center - C³: personal area for all conferees for administration and handling of data and execution of conference-related actions (i.e. upload a paper, etc.)
- Depending on the version installed, the following features are available in the C³:
- View/edit the author/co-author(s) of all submitted papers
- View/edit the booked conference options
- Overview of the reviewing process (only for reviewers)
- Edit your personal data
- Edit/request (new) password
- Password authentication is required for all actions in the C³ (input only needed once per session)
