Special rates for special guests
The Converia voucher system allows the creation and distribution of vouchers for selected user groups who will benefit from discounts or special rates. An example could be the registration of conference speakers who are able to attend the conference for a lower rate and get the conference dinner for free. The Converia voucher system offers a wide field of application such as:
- Conferees receive the voucher code via email which has to be entered upon online conference registration
- Conferees or a selected user group will receive a special registration link by email which allows registration at special rates or discounts
- For conferees who want to register on-site for the conference, the voucher code can be emailed as a PDF document
