Add-on feature: visual planer
A multifunctional add-on of the Converia conference management software.
The visual planer assists you with the organization of your conference, extends the functionalitites of the Converia software and offers many deployment possibilities during the running-time of the conference:
- Automated creation of a timetable-like overview of all conference sessions
- Assignment of time, date and location to events including an automated fill-up of the conference schedule with unassigned events
- Creation of personalized lists, i.e. all events booked by conferees, list of events for speakers, etc.
